Helping Managers Record Screencast Videos

About this project

Most businesses do a poor job at documenting their processes for their staff. This leads to frustration, costly errors and messy clean-ups that could have been avoided. To help address this common workplace problem, I created an online course to teach managers how to record screencast videos to document business processes.

I recorded screen capture videos with Camtasia and Loom and developed the interactive content in Articulate Storyline. Learners were provided with a variety of activities including click-to-reveal interactions, knowledge check quizzes, a mini-scenario, videos, and job aids.
